            新型冠狀病毒(SARS-CoV-2)已蔓延至全球,嚴重威脅人類的健康。SARS-CoV-2傳染性強、潛伏期長,且存在無癥狀感染者,因此,準確檢測SARS-CoV-2對疫情防控至關重要。核酸檢測技術在防控工作中發揮了舉足輕重的作用,目前已開發出多種用于SARS-CoV-2核酸檢測的方法,有些方法已被開發成試劑盒應用于臨床檢測。然而,這些方法原理各異,檢測平臺也不同,因此,選擇合適的SARS-CoV-2核酸檢測方法對疫情防控至關重要。本文介紹了目前核酸檢測方法的原理與技術平臺,比較了各方法的優缺點,明確了各類方法的應用范圍,以期為選擇合適的SARS-CoV-2核酸檢測方法提供參考,對今后開發類似SARS-CoV-2的病原體檢測方法提出展望。
